Tommy James of Rock N Roll fame was honored with the unveiling of his portrait at the Palm Restaurant in New York  City theater district.

 The portrait was placed above Tommy’s favorite table. Onlookers at the restaurant were excited to see the Rock N Roll legend in person. He was totally surprised and thrilled with the honor.
One of the biggest hitmakers of the 60’s, Tommy James, launched his own weekly radio show, “Getting’ Together With Tommy James,”  SiriusXM’s  60’s on 6 channel.
As a frontman of The Shondells and as a solo artist, James had eight Top 10 hits in the 60’s and the early 70’s: “Hanky Panky,” “ I Think We’re Alone Now,” “Mirage,” “Mony Mony,” “Crimson and Clover,” Sweet Cherry Wine,” “Crystal Blue Persuasion” and Dragging’ the Line.”
