Things to Do on Easter in NYC

  • Easter Parade New York City

Are you ready for the parade? The Easter Parade NYC is a much loved annual event. Although there are no floats, there’s definitely no lack of creative spectacles. Beginning Easter morning, April 21st, 2019, from 10 AM until 4:00 PM, rain or shine, it’s an exciting event for the whole family.

And here’s your chance to do more than just watch the parade — be a part of the whimsical gathering. Here’s all you have to do; show up in your Sunday best — don’t forget to wear your most creative bonnet — then join right in.

The walk begins on 5th Avenue and heads North between 49th and 57th Streets.

And if you’d rather be an observer, than a participant, and are looking for a great place to watch the colorful Easter Bonnet Parade in New York City, try a coveted spot at St Patrick’s Cathedral on 5th Avenue. It’s the perfect place for parade watching.
